Household Market Place, LLC Consumer Complaint Policy.

Household Market Place takes consumer complaints very seriously, it's our policy to handle all consumer complaints in a timely manner provided the consumer identifies Him/Her self in the initial written or oral complaint. If a consumer has a complaint about the service or products provided by Household Market Place, LLC, May submit a complaint in writing by sending it to P.O. BOX 42 Pine Lake, GA 30072 or calling us at 1-877-929-8667 or 678-952-0118 to file a complaint online click here. You will be redirected to our consumer complaint form please fill it out completely and submit it to us for review by our operations team. Household Markeplace, LLC shall respond to all written complaints within ten calendar business days, upon initial receipt of your complaint our operations team will determine if the complaint needs to be escalated, in the event the complaint involves a Household Market Place, LLC employee(s) the employee(s) shall not be responsible for conducting the investigation of the complaint our compliance department will investigate the claim to determine the necessary course of disciplinary action that shall be taken. In the event, the complaint involves possible identity theft, fraud, breach of information, financial loss to a consumer, criminal activity the operations department and the president must be notified.


This policy is not intended to cover customer notifications in regard to error resolution claims under Regulation E, qualified written requests that assert an error and requests for information under the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), billing error resolution under Regulation Z, and disputes under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). These areas have regulatory requirements regarding timing, investigation, response, and retention. Such communication is covered by other policies and/or procedures. Departments should follow their procedures for assessing and responding to complaints within these categories.
